Career Moves: Pressing Reset

European art organizations have seen new appointments after a tumultuous period. In Paris, the International Council of Museums (ICOM) finally named Medea Ekner as its director general, ending a year-long search for new leadership. The new director is working with ICOM’s executives and committees to develop the objectives outlined in the organization’s 2022–28 Strategic Plan with aims “to lead ICOM into the next phase of its transformation.”
