In mid-September, the Barcelona-based Han Nefkens Foundation, the Mori Art Museum in Tokyo, M+ in Hong Kong, and the Singapore Art Museum named Beijing-based Hao Jingban the winner of its USD 100,000 Moving Image Commission 2023.
